We meet on the phone. You lie down or sit comfortably in a quiet space. I work directly with your field, clearing what’s held in place and creating space for something new to move.
You don’t need to prepare anything. Just be there.
WHAT A SESSION LOOKS LIKE
Before
We start with a brief check-in. You can share what’s present or nothing at all. I’ll meet you wherever you are.
During
You’re lying down or sitting comfortably, phone on speaker. Eyes closed if you want.
I call on your spirit guides and ancestors to assist. I’ll guide when needed, we talk through what is being moved, what comes up, otherwise I’m working quietly and directly.
After
You will leave with a clear sense of what shifted along with steps to support the integration
The work unfolds in layers. One session can move a lot, but deeper patterns reveal themselves over time and with consecutive sessions.
